Appreciating and Depreciating Markets:
From Sunnyvale South saw the highest price appreciation year over year. The 22nd Street Station area did go down slightly. All other Caltrain Station radius markets maintained appreciation year over year, although prices do seem to be stabilizing. To see my 2017 numbers for reference, you can click here.
